Cured Meatboxes
Shipping of cured meatboxes is £2.95 to the UK and Northern Ireland via RoyalMail 2nd class delivery which RoyalMail aims to deliver within 2-3 business days.

When paying for 3 or 6 boxes up front then the postage for those boxes is added together.

For a subscription (which is charged monthly) the postage is charged for that single box along with the box payment.

The boxes contain on average £22.50 worth of product if bought retail.

Shipping to the rest of the world is £5.95 per meatbox.

Fresh Meatboxes
Shipping of fresh meatboxes is £7.95 to the mainland UK will be delivered within 24 hrs via DPD.

You must supply a contact number so that delivery updates can be sent to you, or in case we need to contact you. 


Fresh meatbox orders can only be accepted on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday before 11am for next day delivery. ANY fresh meatbox orders made after Thursday at 11am or on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank holidays).


Fresh meat orders are delivered in re-usable wool lined boxes with a cool pack which will keep your order at the right temperature for up to 72hrs.

Shop orders
Postage and packaging of items bought in the shop will be charged at £1.95 up to an order value of £20, thereafter postage and packing is FREE.

Combined orders
Our cured meats and fresh meats are handled and dispatched from two different locations so we are unable to combine postage of cured and fresh in the same order.

Shipping times

Subscriptions are shipped on the next working day following your order, unless it falls  falls on a weekend or public holiday, in which case your box will be shipped on the next working day. Past months’ boxes from the meatbox ‘Shop’ are shipped on the same working day if the order is received by us before 1 pm, otherwise orders will be shipped the following working day.


Meatboxes are designed to fit through the average UK letterbox and we will send you a confirmation email when your box has been shipped.


In the unlikely case you receive a box with damaged treats or you are unhappy with your order in any way, please contact and we will resolve it as soon as possible.


Please remember we aim to keep our site updated with all new brands we partner with. However, these partnerships are always changing, expanding and improving, so your box may be slightly different from the images or brands listed on our website.


When you email, please include your full name, customer reference number, should look something like this: ‘#5678’ and what the issue is. We aim to reply to any emails within one working day. We will resolve your issue or provide a returns slip – whichever is most appropriate.
